The Green Spirit of Insanus is the spirit and patron of all plant life on the planet Insanus who appeared as a character in the episode "Mean Green".
Her main goal is to make sure that plant life thrives on Insanus and destroys all robotkind on the planet, however her plans are always impeded by The Goreax, The Scrap Metal Spirit of Insanus whose intense hatred of plants ensures robot domination. Despite this heated opposition, the two spirits used to date, however they broke up after she found out that The Goreax was cheating on her with The Fire Spirit of Insanus, which likely fueled her hatred for all robotkind.

- She is a parody of Audrey II, the evil plant from the film Little Shop of Horrors. Even her debut episode's title "Mean Green" is a reference to Audrey II's signature song "Mean Green Mother from Outer Space".
- In "Nana's Run", it is revealed that the robot population of Insanus have to regularly move from planet to planet on a weekly basis due to always destroying the previous one. It is possible that the Green Spirit was the spirit of just one version of Insanus or that the spirits move on to the next planet alongside the surviving population.
